Host Your Group at DickieJo’s 🎉

The Event Room at DickieJo’s and DickieYo’s is built for group gatherings—birthdays, sports teams, showers, and business events. It fits up to 75 guests and is available with a reservation for groups of 10 or more. Call 541‑743‑4106 to book. There’s no room fee, but all guests are expected to dine with us. Food, drinks, and dessert are part of the experience—we’re here to serve, not to rent space.

Business Events with a Side of Food 💼🍳

The Event Room is ideal for business groups looking to meet over a meal. For groups of 20 or more, DickieJo’s offers a variety of menu and service options—including breakfast. Non-Private, Counter Service Events 🪑🍔

Since there’s no room fee, the Event Room is usually a shared space. Groups with and without reservations often use it at the same time. Each guest orders at our main counter, and food is brought to their table. A separate register helps Event Room guests skip the main line. Each person can pay separately—or one guest can pay for the full group. It’s simple, flexible, and easy to manage.

Private Events with Counter Service 🚪📋

Private events use the same service style as non-private events. The only difference is the room is closed to other customers. An event becomes private when the group reaches our 75-person limit or is held during off-peak times like weekday lunch hours. Guests still order at the counter, and meals are brought to their tables—just in a space reserved for your group only.

Buffet-Style Service for Groups 🍽️👥

For private events with 20 or more guests, buffet-style food service is available. This higher level of service comes with custom menu options and additional planning support from the DickieJo’s team. Buffet service is offered only for large, business-focused events that qualify as private. It’s a great way to keep the food flowing and everyone fed without waiting.

Outside Food and Desserts 🎂🚫

Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but guests may bring cakes or cupcakes if they’re ordering meals from DickieJo’s. DickieJo’s also offers housemade Frozen Yogurt Cakes, soft serve, and frozen yogurt from DickieYo’s Frozen Treats. Dessert options are available in-house, but for those who bring their own cake, a full meal purchase is still required for the group.
